We are extremely pleased with the final outcome…perfect! Mark and Lucas were awesome…I liked that they removed their shoes before entering the great room (as did you — very appreciative), possessed a good sense of humor, and portrayed (as in a flimsy UV film) two fine tradesmen who obviously know what they are doing. Thank you so much for beginning to end customer service and quality product.
